• Private Pilates Instruction

  • The Introductory Package

    Build a strong Pilates foundation by working one-on-one with a certified instructor on the Pilates equipment. New clients only. Sessions expire 30 days from date of purchase.

    After completing the Introductory Package, continue with private instruction for fine-tuning your workout, updating your workout, and addressing specific issues or injuries.

  • Reformer Classes

    After a strong foundation in Pilates is established, Reformer Classes are a great way to practice Pilates with a friend or two. One instructor leads 2 to 3 students, each on their own Reformer, through a series of Pilates exercises.

  • Duets

    A Duet is a Reformer Class of 2 students, closed to adding a 3rd student. Prices listed are per person.

• Thai Massage/Thai Bodywork Sessions

  • Thai Massage Sessions

    Balance the body and mind through Thai massage, acupressure, and cupping therapy. Relax, heal, energize, through compression stretches and twists. Relieve tension in the body systems, detoxify, heal injuries, and strengthen through the power of the breath and movement.
